Completed:
1) Login UI pixel match + fixed brand panel bottom clipping / responsive spacing.
2) Customers list full UI rewrite (stats, toolbar, table, pagination).
3) Customers table: working copy (email/phone) + full-stack column sorting.
4) Create Customer: electricity bill upload with camera capture (desktop modal + mobile native), preview/compress/remove.
5) Follow Ups: redesign to match UI mock + working search, sort, list/grid, filters; backend search/sort fixes for admin & user paths; timezone/ObjectId/regex fixes.
6) Extracted shared table utils for reuse across Customers & Follow Ups.

Pending / verify: visual QA on Follow Ups vs mock; sort by Assigned To & Status; non-admin phone search; restart backend if not already picking up follow-up sort/search changes.
