Description

  • Hardened utility-bill account-number extraction for PSE&G, PECO, ACE and JCP&L: numbers with spaces, labels without spaces, and adjacent numbers on the same line, verified with a 20-case test suite
  • Resolved merge conflicts in the bill parser and restored lost extraction code
  • Added copy-to-clipboard buttons on all PCA Phase 1 utility form fields
  • Added 6-digit validation for annual power consumption in the client form
