Description Edit Description: Perform end-to-end testing of the Quote Edit and Update flow for the Landscaping Services application from both the Customer and Admin perspectives. Scope of Testing 1. Customer Side Verify that customers can view the existing quote details. Verify that customers can edit/update the allowed quote information. Validate field-level validations and mandatory fields. Verify that updated quote details are saved correctly. Confirm that the updated information is reflected consistently across the application. Verify appropriate success and error messages. 2. Admin Side Verify that admins can view customer quotes. Verify that admins can edit/update quote details as per their permissions. Validate quote updates from the admin side. Confirm that changes made by the admin are correctly reflected on the customer side. Verify that quote status and related details are updated correctly. 3. SMS Notifications Verify SMS notifications triggered when a quote is edited or updated. Validate recipient details, message content, and updated quote information. Verify that SMS is triggered only under the expected conditions. 4. Email Notifications Verify email notifications triggered for quote updates. Validate recipient email address, subject, content, and quote details. Verify that the email reflects the latest updated information. Verify notification behavior for both customer and admin actions. Validation Verify the complete customer → admin → customer quote update flow. Validate data consistency across UI, quote details, SMS, and email notifications. Verify positive, negative, and boundary scenarios. Log any defects found during testing with proper steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result. Expected Result: The Quote Edit and Update flow should work correctly for both customer and admin users, with accurate quote information and appropriate SMS/email notifications triggered according to the defined business rules.
