Description

Create scripts/switch-tenant.js to validate tenant config, write .env, generate typed config, copy logo + Firebase files, patch Android/iOS IDs and display names. Add scripts: tenant:list, tenant:switch, tenant:validate, tenant:regal, tenant:demo, plus preandroid/preios validation.
