ixed demo reschedule redirecting to localhost in production.
Fixed customer-facing tax/processing-fee and delivery-fee breakdown display to match design.
Added GrubHub as a deliverable platform option; removed exposed store/business IDs from UI.
Added "Backout" status for demo requests with reason capture; surfaced status-change reasons in store logs and demo popups; fixed store logs not showing original status data.
