Added per-carrier service types (DTDC Express/Surface/Air) to booking; extended to AWB intake so field staff auto-apply correct rates. Added itemized charge breakdown (surcharges, zone charges, docket fees) to customer invoice emails, fixing a data bug where only totals were being saved.
