Added a loading indicator on the project document download button so users get visual feedback while the zip is being generated, and downloaded files are now named after the customer instead of just the project number for easier identification. Also closed a validation gap in the Site Assessment flow that allowed an assessment to be marked complete without the design proposal document actually being uploaded.
