Description Edit Implemented enhancements to SaaS billing and plan management, including free-plan billing behavior, plan-type-based SaaS plan forms, usage metrics simplification, billing synchronization after plan changes, and access control for the Login To Company feature. Backend Changes 1. Free Plan Billing Handling Added support to identify free, trial, enterprise, and $0 plans as non-billable. Introduced helper to detect non-billable plans. Automatically marks free plans as payment exempt. Removes unnecessary billing fields such as expiry date, next billing date, and cancellation information. Suppresses renewal and expiry warnings for non-billable tenants. Existing free tenants are automatically migrated during billing summary retrieval. 2. SaaS Plan Change Billing Synchronization Added billing synchronization after changing a company plan using Set Plan. Clears previous cancellation status and outdated billing information. Free plans become payment exempt. Paid plans start a new billing cycle from the current date. Updated API response to include the latest SaaS billing information. 3. Usage Period Synchronization Billing period and usage period are synchronized whenever billing dates change. Fixed inconsistency between the current billing period and next billing date. Frontend Changes 1. My Plan / Plan Usage Free plans no longer display: Billing information Renewal details Invoices Top-ups Cancel subscription section Added a simplified Free Plan overview. Usage now displays only: Email SMS Removed unnecessary usage metrics: Storage API Usage Active Users Stores Billing dates are synchronized with backend data. Global expiry banner is hidden for free plans. 2. SaaS Plans Management Added three plan types: Free Paid Top-up Forms now display only fields relevant to the selected plan type. Save payload is normalized based on plan type. Updated plan listing and details view accordingly. 3. Login To Company Restricted Login To Company to platform Super Admin users only. Tenant Admins and Managers can no longer access other companies. Fixed initialization error causing the dropdown to crash.
