Description Edit Company Onboarding Methods The Evergreen SaaS platform shall support two onboarding methods: 1.Self-Service Company Registration 2.Super Admin Company Onboarding Both methods shall use the same tenant provisioning process to ensure consistency. Self-Service Company Registration The common login page shall provide a Sign Up option for new companies. Selecting Sign Up redirects users to a dedicated Company Registration page. Company Information Company Name Company Email Company Phone Number oCountry Code (+1, +91, etc.) Company Time Zone Company Address (Optional) Contact Person Name Contact Person Email (Optional) Contact Person Phone (Optional) Business Configuration Company Currency also need to take The company selects the required business modules. Retail POS Landscaping E-Commerce oPre-Orders oRegular Orders Subscription Selection The company selects: Subscription Plan Monthly / Yearly Billing Cycle Login Credentials Password Confirm Password Company URL Preferred Company Subdomain Example: companyname.evergreenfarms.com System Validations Before registration is accepted, the system shall validate: Company Email uniqueness Phone Number uniqueness Subdomain availability Password policy Mandatory fields Selected modules compatible with the chosen subscription Only after successful validation can the registration continue. Payment Flow (Applicable for Paid Plans Only) If the selected subscription is a Paid Plan, the system redirects the company to the payment page. The payment page shall display: Subscription Plan Selected Modules Billing Cycle Taxes Discounts (if applicable) Total Amount Payments shall be processed through Stripe. After successful payment: Company Registration is created with Pending Approval status. Subscription record is created. Payment transaction is recorded. Audit history is maintained. Free Subscription Flow If the selected subscription is a Free Plan or Trial Plan: (This is testing purpose right now then latter this is not visible to self service ) No payment page is displayed. The company registration is created directly with Pending Approval status. Subscription details are saved. Audit history is maintained.
