Description

Current Issue
Users cannot clearly identify:
Connected printers.
Default receipt printer.

Print behavior is inconsistent.

Expected Behavior
Printer Discovery

When Print Screen opens:
System displays all available connected printers.

Example:
Available Printers
✓ Receipt Printer (Default)
✓ Barcode Printer
✓ Office Printer
✓ Network Printer

Default Printer Behavior
Receipt/Bill Printing

By default:
Receipt Printer
must be preselected.

User Override
User may select another printer.

Example:
Print Receipt
Selected Printer:
[Office Printer]
System should print to selected printer.

Printing Rules
Print Type Default Printer
Receipt/Bill Receipt Printer
Barcode Label Barcode Printer

If user changes printer:
Use selected printer.
Do not force default printer.

Acceptance Criteria
Connected printers displayed.
Receipt printer selected by default.
User can choose alternate printer.
Printing occurs on selected printer.
Barcode printing uses barcode printer by default.
Default printer option will given from company settings also
