Description

Current Issue
Client does not want store agents to:
Manually launch POS Agent.
Manually connect weight scale.
Click Apply button.
Open Agent Office screen.

Current process requires manual intervention.

POS Agent Auto Launch

All Configured Devices Auto Connect

Devices Online

POS Ready for Billing

Devices to Auto Connect
Weight Scale
Receipt Printer
Barcode Printer
Cash Drawer
Barcode Scanner
Additional Requirements
No Agent Office Visibility

Agent Office screen should not be exposed to store users.

Launch Agent Disabled/Removed

Users should not manually connect devices.

Automatic Connection

Immediately after login:

System automatically establishes device connections.
Devices remain online until logout.

Acceptance Criteria
No manual launch required.
No Agent Office interaction.
No Launch Agent button usage.
Devices automatically connected after login.
Devices remain connected during active session.
