Description
Case 1: Subscription Completion (Natural End)
Trigger: The end date set by the customer or the plan has been reached.
Subject: Your [Plan Name] subscription has reached its term Body:
"Hi [Customer Last Name],
We are writing to inform you that your subscription for [Plan Name] has been successfully completed as of today, [End Date].
We hope you enjoyed the service! If you would like to continue your journey with us or explore our new plans, you can renew your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Thank you for being a valued member of Evergreen Farms.
"Case 2: Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Trigger: The customer chose a specific duration/end date during sign-up.
Subject: Confirmation: Your subscription cancellation is scheduled Body:
"Hi [Customer Last Name],
As per your request during enrollment, your subscription for [Plan Name] has been set to cancel on [End Date].
Your access will remain fully active until this date. If this was a mistake or if you would like to switch to a 'Forever' plan to avoid service interruption, please contact our support team or update your settings.
