Table Rendering

Verify planned vs actual displayed in table format.

Ensure variance highlighted in red (overuse) or green (underuse).

Empty State

If no actuals → show “No actuals submitted”.

Attachments UI

Verify attachment thumbnails (for images) and links (for PDFs).

Ensure clicking opens preview/download.

Completed Ui Implementation for frontend .
Done table rendering .
Completed planned vs actual and showed the variance highlighted in red (overuse) or green (underuse).
When we are gone back the additionalDetails are drafted and are able to edit.
