Description Edit 1. Tenant URL routing — Fixed Tenant URLs were inconsistently showing as either mythri.nexzenpos.com or nexzenpos.com/mythri Cause: unreliable hostname-parsing logic in the frontend Replaced with a configuration-driven approach; verified all web hosts now produce the subdomain format Blocked: needs wildcard DNS (*.nexzenpos.com) + wildcard SSL certificate before go-live. Can you confirm if we have these? 2. Notification role configurations not loading for new tenants — Fixed New tenants saw an empty event list when editing role notification settings Cause: a race condition during first page load left the tenant's notification catalog incomplete, and the system incorrectly cached it as "complete" — so it never self-corrected Fixed and load-tested; previously 3 of 4 concurrent requests failed, now zero failures Existing affected tenants will self-correct after the next backend restart 3. Dispute refund failure — Root cause identified (fix pending your go-ahead) Error: Gateway refund failed: No such payment_intent: 'MANUAL_CARD' Cause: refunds for card payments taken on an external terminal are being sent to Stripe, but that money never went through Stripe. The check can't distinguish a real gateway payment from an offline one Impact: the entire dispute resolution fails, even though this refund should just be recorded and handed over at the register No code changed yet — let me know if I should proceed 4. Payroll employee entry — Reworked Previously required running "Sync Staff" before any employee appeared, and new tenants saw only the admin account Staff now appear automatically; you can also type a name directly for employees who don't have system logins No user accounts are created for these entries — they exist only in payroll Removed the "Sync Staff" button as it's no longer needed
