Description Edit Finish wiring the inventory‑notification socket event in src/context/SocketContext.tsx so the alert is received reliably in every app state. Add the toast/alert component that NotificationProvider will render when an inventory alert arrives. Complete the settings UI (ManageNotificationsPage and NotificationConfigDialog) with a toggle for “Enable inventory notifications” and a low‑stock‑threshold input. Persist the user’s notification preference (e.g., local storage or via the Settings API). Update the dashboard (DashboardPage) to show a badge or indicator for unread inventory alerts. Refine the POS Item Card UI in src/pages/pos/POSPage.tsx: adjust layout, colors, hover effects, and ensure any new props/state are handled correctly. Ensure the card integrates with the notification system (e.g., highlights low‑stock items). Incorporate the newly added entries into the Action History List component (src/components/common/ActionHistoryList.tsx) and clean any merge‑conflict markers. Expose the new configuration options (including the inventory‑notification toggle) through src/context/SettingsContext.tsx and update any consumers that read settings. Implement the backend API endpoints for menu‑item history in src/services/api.ts, add corresponding socket events if needed, and create or update the UI view that displays a menu item’s edit history. Perform general merge cleanup across all files changed by the large merge (e.g., DashboardPage, AuthContext, NotificationProvider): remove stray conflict markers, verify TypeScript builds without errors, and run the linting process. Deployment task – Verify that the code yesterday and successfully deployed to both the testing environment and the production environment; confirm that the new inventory‑notification feature works end‑to‑end in each environment and document any post‑deployment smoke‑test results.
